At least 2 years experience in Web Design
Has the ability to formulate a concept
Able to translate client instructions
Has a keen eye for art and details
Excellent English communication skills
Has knowledge and practical experience of HTML, XHTML and DHTML
Must be knowledgeable in using Adobe Photoshop CS3, Adobe Flash CS3, Adobe Dreamweaver CS3, Adobe Illustrator CS3
Knowledgeable with CSS
Basic knowledge in PHP is an advantage
