Reawakened Fitness came into existence after I became  frustrated and confused that I wasn’t reaching my strength and body composition goals after using group classes and template programs. I applied all my coach’s advice for nutrition and exercise and gave everything I had in all the workouts. Instead of seeing continually progress, I saw that I plateaued and I also felt that the workouts were given with a lack of direction.

Naturally being a curious person, I decided to learn and apply everything I could from industry leaders. I just wanted to learn and apply the truth in health and fitness, I was completely open to the truth, even if it went against what I perceived to be the “truth”.

In my journey of health and fitness, I discovered that health and fitness requires an individualized approach. Different lifestyles, previous injuries, and different goals are some of the major reasons why Individual Design is the solution for your body composition and strength goals. My mentors taught me that the exercise program is based on the clients goals and the assessment. With Individual Design, as you grow as an individual inside and outside the gym, the program also grows with you, which equals continual progress.

 In my journey in health and fitness, it has lead me to learn principles from various teachers that I implement to my clients Individualized Design program that is exclusive to my knowledge and practice.
